Shipping Locations
We currently ship to India. If your location is not listed, please contact our customer support team at connect@cutetales.in to inquire about special arrangements.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped. (Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, holidays, or extreme weather conditions.)
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.
Shipping Delays
In the event of any shipping delays, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at connect@cutetales.in. Include your order number and relevant details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
