We currently ship across India only.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive:

  • Order confirmation email after placing your order
  • Shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via Email or WhatsApp.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at:

Returns & Exchange Policy (General Products)

We offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy for eligible products.

Eligible for Exchange / Return if:

  • Item is damaged
  • Item is defective
  • Wrong product received
  • Size issue (ONLY available for non-personalized products)

Festival-specific products and personalized products are non-returnable for size issues.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Not Eligible for Return / Exchange:

  • Used or worn items
  • Washed items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items missing accessories
  • Items without readable serial number
  • Hygiene items (cloth diapers, nappies, padded underwear)
  • Festival-specific products
  • Personalized/customized products

Personalized / Customized Products Policy

All personalized products are made-to-order.

No returns or exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Name spelling errors entered by customer
  • Personal preference

Returns are ONLY approved if:

  • Wrong product received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Damaged during transit

Clear unboxing video or photos are mandatory for approval.

Replacement will be provided after verification.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available only for approved return cases.
  • Refund will be processed within 3 business days after quality inspection.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Personalized products are not eligible for refund (unless wrong/defective item).

Partial COD Orders:
For Partial COD orders, an advance payment is required. If the order is returned to origin (RTO), the advance amount will be adjusted towards shipping & RTO charges. No refund will be provided.

Cash on Delivery (COD) & RTO Policy

For Partial COD orders, an advance payment is required.

If the order is Returned to Origin (RTO) due to:

  • Customer refusal
  • Incorrect address
  • Unavailability
  • Ignored delivery attempts

Advance amount will be adjusted towards shipping & RTO charges.
No refund will be provided.
